He's the consummate professional, always answers questions (even the Capt. Obvious ones, cough, but how would I know that?!) and does so clearly and in detail. Simply put, he knows his solar stuff. Had a hiccup with the first vendor, who went under while we were in process with them. Patrick then connected us with another vendor, and completed the project. The whole process was pretty simple and my point of contact Rudy Perez from Nour Solar made everything easy. He explained everything in details and answered any questions I had. Rudy was always available to provide support through whole process. I just got an electric car and having solar powered home means I am saving lots of money. Rudy was there from start to finish.
